Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) is well suited for people who need a more hands-on approach to relaxation. I offer a live recording of this widely popular relaxation technique, which you can practice both in parts (if time is limited) or in extended practices. PMR can be done sitting up, standing or lying down.
